Well… Santa was home for approximately twelve minutes.
Okay, maybe a little longer than that.
Just long enough to get every July letter safely into the mail, wave goodbye to the mail truck, refill the cookie jar, and let the reindeer stretch their legs.
Then he looked at us and said, “I think it’s time for another adventure.”
So here we are.
Santa is currently making his way down California’s beautiful Pacific Coast Highway, and we’re beginning to wonder if he secretly wants to become a professional road-tripper.
So far he’s stopped to try surfing—which, for the record, is much harder when you have a beard that catches ocean spray.

He’s discovered that roadside taco trucks may be one of humanity’s greatest inventions. We have absolutely no idea how many tacos one Santa should eat in a single afternoon, but we’re fairly certain we crossed that number somewhere around taco five.
He’s also been wandering through little coastal towns with his camera, stopping every few minutes to photograph colorful storefronts, old fishing piers, friendly locals… and just about every dog he meets.
Seriously.
We thought he’d come home with a collection of scenic landscape photos.
Instead, half the camera roll appears to be smiling golden retrievers, sleepy bulldogs, tiny corgis, and one very fluffy sheepdog that Santa insisted was “extremely photogenic.”

We didn’t argue.
We’ve learned it’s easier that way.
The best part?
Every stop, every photo, every funny story, and every unexpected adventure is helping inspire the next letters that will eventually find their way into mailboxes all over the world.
We’ll keep you updated as this road trip continues.
Knowing Santa, we’re only one wrong turn away from another unforgettable adventure.
